The quote is often the only document a customer compares you on, and too often it is built by copying last month’s Word file.
CubeCRM builds quotes on the deal from a central price list, applies customer pricing and volume breaks automatically, and produces a properly branded PDF or proposal. Every revision is kept, discounts past your limit need approval, follow-ups are scheduled before expiry, and the customer can accept online - which wins the deal and, if you want, creates the draft invoice in your accounts package.
What it does
Six things quote builder takes off your plate
All of it sits on the same customer record as the rest of CubeCRM, so nothing is typed twice.
Central price list
Products, services, rates and bundles, with customer pricing and volume breaks applied for you.
Branded documents
Your templates, terms, cover letter and attachments, sent from the deal by email.
Revisions and approvals
Every version kept, and discounts over a threshold routed for sign-off with a reason.
Online acceptance
Customers accept with a link; who and when are recorded and the deal is marked won.
Automatic chasing
Follow-ups before expiry, escalation for high values, and a list of everything outstanding.
Straight to the accounts
Accepted quotes can create the customer and a draft invoice in Xero, Sage or QuickBooks.
