Less an integration than room to grow.

CubeCRM and CubeERP

CubeCRM shares its data model with CubeERP. When you need sales orders, stock, purchasing or production, it is an upgrade on the same records - not a migration.

CubeCRM and CubeERP are both built by Cube Systems on the same data model. The customers, contacts, companies, quotes and history you build up in CubeCRM are exactly the records CubeERP uses for sales orders, stock allocation, purchasing, production, despatch and invoicing. So if the business reaches the point where the CRM needs to know what is in stock or what an order cost to fulfil, moving up is a change of licence and some configuration - not an export, a migration and a retraining exercise. Most CubeCRM customers will never need it. The ones who do will be glad it is there.

What moves

Exactly what is synced, and which way

Being specific about this up front avoids the single most common integration disappointment - discovering after switching over that one field never travelled.

  • Both ways

    Customers, contacts and companies

The same records, not a copy. Nothing to sync because nothing is duplicated.

  • Both ways

    Quotes and history

Quotes, activities, emails and cases carry straight over, and an accepted quote can become a sales order.

  • Both ways

    Users and permissions

Existing users, teams and permissions stay as they are, with new roles added for the operational side.

How it behaves

The detail that decides whether it is actually useful

  • Upgrade, not migrate

Switch on the ERP modules you need on the records you already have.

  • Quote to order

With CubeERP, an accepted quote becomes a sales order with live stock availability and no retyping.

  • Stock and fulfilment

Stock, purchasing, production and despatch join the customer record, so sales can see what is available and when.

  • Same team, same support

Built, implemented and supported by the same people at Cube Systems.

Setting it up

Three steps, done during setup

  1. 1

Talk to us about what the business now needs - orders, stock, purchasing, production or field service.

  2. 2

We scope the additional configuration and data, such as products and stock balances, and quote it as a fixed price.

  3. 3

Switch on the modules, train the people who will use them, and carry on with the same customer records.

Questions

What people ask about this one

  • No. CubeCRM is a complete CRM on its own. CubeERP is there if the business later needs orders, stock and operations in the same system.

  • Nothing, which is the point. The same customers, contacts, quotes and history are used by CubeERP.

  • If you already know you need orders, stock or production, probably yes - it includes everything in CubeCRM. If your problem today is customers and sales, start with CubeCRM.

  • CubeERP has its own site at cubeerp.co.uk, or ask us and we will walk you through the difference.
