CRM Software in Cambridgeshire

CRM Software built, hosted and supported in the UK, serving Cambridgeshire including Cambridge, Peterborough and Ely. Set up around how your team actually sells, not the other way round.

Across Cambridgeshire we see the same problem in different clothes: plenty of customer information, but not in one place, and not in a form the whole team can act on.

CRM Software is how you stop relying on memory.

CRM software should do one thing above all else: make sure everybody who deals with a customer knows what has already been said, promised and quoted. CubeCRM holds every contact, company, enquiry, opportunity, quote, email, call and case on one record, so the account is visible to the whole team rather than locked in a single inbox. Enquiries are captured and assigned, deals move through a pipeline you define, quotes go out from your own price list, and follow-ups raise themselves. It is designed for businesses of five to two hundred people who have outgrown a spreadsheet and a shared mailbox, but who do not want a year of configuration and a consultant on retainer to keep an enterprise CRM running.

  • 1 record

Every contact, quote and case per customer

What it does

Inside CRM software

The parts of CubeCRM that make up CRM. Everything here sits on the same customer record, so nothing needs re-keying between them.

  • One record per customer

Companies, sites, contacts and roles held properly, with every email, call, meeting, quote and case on the same timeline. Anybody with permission can pick up the account without a handover.

  • Enquiries that do not get lost

Web forms, emails and phone enquiries land in one queue, are assigned by rule and chased if nobody picks them up. The source travels with the lead, so marketing spend can be judged on customers won.

  • A pipeline everybody can see

Deals on a board by stage, with value, likelihood and expected close date. The stages are yours, and the board is the same one the managing director looks at.

  • Quotes from your own price list

Branded quotes built from your products and services, with every revision kept against the deal and online acceptance that closes it automatically.

  • Follow-ups that raise themselves

Every open deal has a next step. Overdue ones, unanswered enquiries and quotes nearing expiry prompt their owner rather than waiting for somebody to notice.

  • Permissions and audit as standard

Control who sees which accounts, deals and fields, with an immutable record of every change - included in the base product, not sold as an enterprise tier.

In practice

Problems this actually solves

Typical situations, anonymised. What businesses tell us before they change anything, and what changes afterwards.

  • Case 1

A sales team running on inboxes

    Before

A 30-person engineering services firm kept customer contact in four salespeople’s Outlook folders and a shared spreadsheet of "live jobs". When one salesperson left, nobody could say which of his customers had open quotes.

    With CubeCRM

Email now files against the customer automatically and every open quote sits on the account. When the next person moved on, their accounts were reassigned in an afternoon with the full history intact.

  • Case 2

    Enquiries that went nowhere

    Before

A home improvement business received enquiries from its website, two lead-generation sites and the phone. They were forwarded by email to whoever seemed free, and roughly one in five was never called back.

    With CubeCRM

Every enquiry lands in one queue and is assigned within minutes by postcode and product. Unanswered leads escalate after a set time, and the missed-enquiry problem effectively stopped.

  • Case 3

    A forecast built on optimism

    Before

A distributor’s monthly forecast was a spreadsheet each salesperson filled in the night before the sales meeting. It was consistently high, and the meeting was spent arguing about which deals were real.

    With CubeCRM

The forecast now comes from the pipeline itself, weighted by stage and checked against past win rates. The meeting reviews exceptions rather than rebuilding the numbers.

How it happens

What getting started involves

The same process wherever you are, and for Cambridgeshire discovery and training can be done in person.

  1. 1

    Discovery

A short, structured session on how enquiries arrive, how you quote, and where customer information lives now - the inboxes, the spreadsheet, the old CRM and the notebook in the car. We come back with what works as standard and what needs configuring.

  2. 2

    Setup

Pipeline stages, fields, quote templates, email connection, teams and permissions set up to match how you sell - not a demo account with your logo dropped on it.

  3. 3

    Data import

Contacts, companies, open opportunities and quote history brought across from spreadsheets, inboxes or your previous CRM, with duplicates merged. You check it against what you had before anybody switches over.

  4. 4

    Training & rollout

Short, role-based training so the sales team learns the pipeline and the office learns enquiries and cases - in person where it helps. Guides and screen recordings left behind for new starters.

  5. 5

    Ongoing support

UK support from the people who built the platform, with a named contact, agreed response times, and a product roadmap you can influence.

Questions

The things people ask first

  • For a typical team of five to fifty people, expect a few weeks from the first conversation to everybody working in it: discovery, setup, data import, training, then switching over. Larger teams or messy data take longer. We give you a realistic range after discovery rather than an optimistic one to win the order.

  • Yes. Contacts, companies, open opportunities and quote history can be imported from spreadsheets, Outlook or Google contacts, or another CRM. We merge the duplicates, you check the result against what you had, and nobody switches over until it looks right.

  • CubeCRM is priced per named user per month, with every module included, plus a one-off setup fee covering configuration, data import and training. There is no per-connector licence and no charge for the API. We quote the setup as a fixed price after discovery so it cannot quietly grow.

  • Yes. CubeCRM syncs two ways with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, so emails and meetings file themselves against the right contact and company, and nobody has to copy anything in.

  • That is the question that matters most, and it is mainly about making the CRM less work than the alternative. Email filing, next-step prompts and quotes from the same screen mean the record updates itself as people do the job. We also set it up around how your team already sells, rather than asking them to learn somebody else’s process.

  • In the UK, on infrastructure managed by the group, with encrypted off-site backups and a documented, tested recovery process. Data residency is part of the platform rather than a premium tier.
