The most important conversations happen in the customer’s building, not at a desk.

Field Sales Software in Surrey

Field Sales Software built, hosted and supported in the UK, serving Surrey including Guildford, Woking and Farnham. Set up around how your team actually sells, not the other way round.

Across Surrey we see the same problem in different clothes: plenty of customer information, but not in one place, and not in a form the whole team can act on.

Field Sales Software is how you stop relying on memory.

Field salespeople and area managers spend most of their time where the customer is, and most CRMs are designed for somebody sitting in front of a monitor. The result is notes written up on a Friday, visit reports that arrive a week late, and quotes promised on site but sent days afterwards. CubeCRM gives field sales a phone-first view of the customer: history, open quotes, cases and recent orders before walking in, a visit logged in a few taps on the way out, and a quote that can be built and sent from the car park. Managers see visits and outcomes as they happen, and the office can act on what was agreed the same day.

What it does

Inside field sales software

The parts of CubeCRM that make up field sales. Everything here sits on the same customer record, so nothing needs re-keying between them.

  • Built for the phone

A mobile interface designed for a thumb and a few spare minutes, not a desktop screen squeezed down. Customer lookup, notes and quoting in a handful of taps.

  • Briefed before walking in

Recent contact, open quotes, live cases and anything the office has flagged, on one screen - so the visit starts with the right conversation.

  • Visits planned by area

See customers and prospects by location, plan a day’s visits around the accounts that are due, and fill gaps with prospects nearby.

  • Visit notes in the moment

Log the outcome, next step and any follow-up tasks straight after the meeting, with photographs attached if they help.

  • Quote from site

Build a quote from the price list on a phone or tablet and send it before leaving. The office sees it immediately.

  • Call cycles

Set how often each account should be visited or called, and see which are overdue. Nobody has to keep a personal list of who is due a visit.

In practice

Problems this actually solves

Typical situations, anonymised. What businesses tell us before they change anything, and what changes afterwards.

  • Case 1

    Visit reports on a Friday

    Before

A building products manufacturer’s area managers wrote up their week’s visits every Friday afternoon from memory and notebooks. Follow-ups agreed on Monday were often actioned the following week.

    With CubeCRM

Visits are logged on a phone as they finish, with follow-up tasks sent to the office immediately. Samples and quotes promised on a Monday now go out on Monday.

  • Case 2

    Walking in unprepared

    Before

A foodservice supplier’s reps occasionally visited customers with an open complaint they knew nothing about, which went about as well as might be expected.

    With CubeCRM

The mobile customer view shows open cases at the top. Reps now arrive knowing about any problem, and often leave having resolved it.

  • Case 3

    Some customers seen too often

    Before

A distributor noticed that its reps visited friendly customers regularly and larger but harder accounts rarely. Nobody had set out to do this.

    With CubeCRM

Call cycles based on account value now drive each rep’s plan, with overdue accounts listed first. Visit patterns shifted towards the accounts that mattered most.

Each one has its own page showing how it works. And if the business later needs orders and stock, CubeCRM grows into CubeERP on the same records.

How it happens

What getting started involves

The same process wherever you are, and for Surrey discovery and training can be done in person.

  1. 1

    Discovery

A short, structured session on how enquiries arrive, how you quote, and where customer information lives now - the inboxes, the spreadsheet, the old CRM and the notebook in the car. We come back with what works as standard and what needs configuring.

  2. 2

    Setup

Pipeline stages, fields, quote templates, email connection, teams and permissions set up to match how you sell - not a demo account with your logo dropped on it.

  3. 3

    Data import

Contacts, companies, open opportunities and quote history brought across from spreadsheets, inboxes or your previous CRM, with duplicates merged. You check it against what you had before anybody switches over.

  4. 4

    Training & rollout

Short, role-based training so the sales team learns the pipeline and the office learns enquiries and cases - in person where it helps. Guides and screen recordings left behind for new starters.

  5. 5

    Ongoing support

UK support from the people who built the platform, with a named contact, agreed response times, and a product roadmap you can influence.

Questions

The things people ask first

  • CubeCRM’s mobile interface runs in the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen, so there is nothing to install or update from an app store. It works on iPhone and Android.

  • CubeCRM needs a connection to save changes. Notes can be drafted and saved as soon as signal returns; in practice most visits end somewhere with at least mobile data.

  • No. Visits are logged against the customer’s address, which is what visit planning and reporting need. Knowing where somebody is at every moment is not a sales management tool.

  • CubeCRM shows what is on the customer record, including invoices synced from your accounts package. Live stock and delivery tracking are part of CubeERP, which shares CubeCRM’s data model if you need them later.
